Soli Financial, founded by Dan Soli in 2015, is a boutique advisory firm with a small dedicated team that provides support to private equity sponsors, business owners, and investors through the most critical moments in a company’s lifecycle. The team brings deep expertise to sell-side advisory, guiding innovative companies and growth-stage businesses through every stage of the sale process, from valuation and positioning to negotiation and closing. Soli Financial also delivers comprehensive office of CFO services—supporting clients with strategic financial planning, reporting, and operational finance to drive long-term value.

With experience honed at industry-leading private equity and investment banking organizations, the Soli Financial team is uniquely positioned to provide hands-on support and tailored advice, ensuring each client receives the focus required when navigating transactions and business changes. Dan and his colleagues have been engaged on over 100 Transactions and "Office of the CFO" projects. 

Prior to founding Soli Financial, Dan worked as a Sell-Side Investment Banker at Harris Williams & Co. and as an Investment Specialist at Harbourvest Partners, a $140B+ private equity firm. Dan received his MS Finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
